Refund policy
At Azalea London we only accept returns for exchange only for another size.
We will exchange your order as long as they meet the following conditions;
- We are notified of the return and the item is returned within 14 days of receipt.
- As long as the item has not been worn or any makeup / fragrance on the item.
The items should be returned in original, saleable condition in original packaging with labels in tact.
Unfortunately we do not accept returns on our bespoke, handmade collections. We take great time and hard craftsmanship preparing and designing each individual outfit, due to this all sales are final. We take great care in ensuring tent quality of our products and services. Before making a purchase, we encourage you to thoroughly review our product descriptions, specifications and any available images to make an informed decision.
If you meet requirements to exchange for another size, please be aware we do not provide a "FREE RETURN" service meaning all charges in regards to returning the goods will be the customers, unless faulty, then we will bear the cost of the return (as per statutory rights). In the unlikely circumstance that you receive a faulty product you will need to contact us within 3 working days of receiving the item before proceeding with the return. Please note the items must be unused and unworn, if the item becomes damaged or faulty after wear we will not be responsible, and will not accept the return.
Customers are responsible for the cost of the return. We advise that you use a tracked service when sending the item back.
We check all our products thoroughly before shipping so that it meets our high quality standards.
